Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites

Amazing experience. We had a one-bedroom suite and it was very spacious with a full kitchen as well. Beds were comfortable. Location was amazing right on the waterfront. Very close to a wide range of dining establishments and shopping.

This Waterfront Hotel & Suites made our first visit to Victoria, BC a most memorable trip in mid-September. Would describe the facility as more like a European "boutique hotel." Small, with only 80 units, 8 floors with 20+ units individually owned. Very quiet. On the harbor with fantastic views facing setting sun. Top floor is Penthouse level. Believe harbor view units were suites while units facing city were much smaller and more economical. If you can, go the "suites" they are worth the extra. Suites are very spacious at almost 1000 square feet, with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full equipped kitchen, large eating area, and plenty of closets and storage areas for luggage. Plenty of seating with dining room table and chairs, plus desk. But, what really makes this an exceptional property is the large, furnished balcony overlooking the harbor. Large 50" TV in living room, plus TV in bedroom. Extremely comfortable beds. Other amenities that standout: daily housekeeping, parking on premise, WiFi, 24/7 front desk, business center, wheel chair accessible, and friendly/helpful staff. One last thing that makes the Victoria Regent (one of) the best choice for your stay in Victoria is its close proximity to all of the best restaurants, sights without the "mash" of tourists. REMEMBER: LUXURY COMES AT A PRICE.

Loved our stay! Location eas perfect walking distance to everything we wanted to do! So many local good restaurants and fun things to do and walking the streets shopping is always the best! It was very quiet we didnt hear any noises at all.

Great location and within walking distance. Love they offer free parking and let you leave the car there for a few extra hours after check out which was very convenient. My daughter and I had a nice clean and spacious room with a balcony. The service from the moment we booked, checked in and checked out was amazing. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Only wish they had a restaurant with room service but they are many just right outside and within walking distance.

The room had an amazing view of the inner harbor. It was super spacious and the location was right at the center where all the good restaurants were within walking distance.

Would recommend for a small group of travelers, as it becomes more affordable. 2 bedroom partial harbor view. The harbor provided so much morning and evening enjoyment. Room was comfortable and clean and well maintained, if not overly fancy. Included daily cleaning. Three small drawbacks. One bedroom had terrible outlet access. Adding lamps with outlets would be most welcome. Access to the waterfront was unclear. A map with instructions would be great (water taxi stops right in front!). Shower water pressure was dismal, as is common, especially in buildings of a certain age. I'd definitely stay again!

We were in room 203. It is basically a one bedroom apartment. Very clean with a tremendous view of the bridge and the inlet. Fresh water and coffee provided daily. I almost rated one point down because of the noise from the homeless people gathering in a little grassy area nearby. They were exceptionally noisy with music and yelling and cursing. (At this point, our balcony became unusable and one night they continued into the night ). We finally contacted the front desk who did call the police and it did work. They were still there other nights, but maintained normal noise levels. Again this room was an exceptional find.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. We booked Marina view room and it had the most beautiful views of harbor and as well as city Room was clean, very spacious Staff was very good . For our next trip back to Victoria, we would love to stay here again.
